Historic BGP announcement record for an IP prefix or autonomous system from RIPE NCC's RIPEstat. Returns which ASNs announced the resource over time with the first and last seen timestamps for each origin, so an agent can spot hijacks, origin changes and stale announcements. Row count is capped; pass starttime to narrow the window.
